Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. Please ensure accuracy when placing your order, as changes cannot be made once production begins.
Materials:
  • Our jewelry pieces are crafted using high-quality materials, including 14k, 18k, or 24k gold plated metals, and 925 sterling silver with gold plating.
  • Please note that while our jewelry may resemble solid gold or solid sterling silver, they are gold or silver plated.
Defective Products:
  • In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Defective products will be examined on a case-by-case basis, and appropriate measures will be taken to address the issue.
Shipping and Delivery:
  • Shipping and delivery rates are calculated based on USPS rates.
  • Delivery times are dependent on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the estimated delivery times provided by USPS.
  • Jean & Eve, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or any other shipping carrier.
Order Processing:
  • All orders are subject to processing and production times. The estimated processing time will be provided at checkout.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
